Returns and Shipping
- Free tennis chains cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We will only accept returned item(s) if it is faulty.
- Items that are mark sale/final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
- You are responsible for notifying us about the return tracking number via email or direct message in our Instagram or Facebook pages.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as we have different return address.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days from the date the item was received.
- If the item you wish to return if faulty, please send us photo/s of the item showing the fault via email or direct message in our Facebook or Instagram Page

How do you ship packages?
- Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket, EMS, DHL or FedEx depending on the weight and size of the product, and customer choice. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
- In most cases, they don't apply because the total cost of the order will be small. It's up to you to find out if you have to pay it or not. Unless you have a large order you should be ok but please double check with your local customs.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges (When applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
- Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that will contain your tracking information. You can track your order above by inputting the tracking code you have received.
If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us here.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us here.
Will my items be sent in one package?
- For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
- All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
