Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 7 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 14 to 21 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days. The current pandemic might increase shipping times!

Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! (does not apply to free items) We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!
Q: Where is my order?
A: We send out a tracking email once your item has been shipped. Check your inbox! Psst! Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder too! If you haven't gotten one and it has been more than 7 business days since you placed your order. File a ticket and we will get to you as soon as possible!
Q: How long does the shipping takes?
A: We only have a couple of warehouse. Shipping normally takes 14-25 business days depending on your shipment choice. Many orders arrive eariler! We do not have same day delivery.
Q: Do I have to sign for my order?
A: Your order is valuable to you, and to us, so it’s up to each driver's discretion to deem an area safe to leave your order. Your order will be left unattended at the shipping address allocated upon purchase. No need to sign.
In the event that the driver deems it unsafe, your order will be sent to the nearest collection point or if available, arrange a redelivery in the next run. Many times the order will be left in your mailbox!
Q: Will I be charged custom and duty charges?
A: Deliveries to other countries may incur a customs or import tax when your order arrives. If your order ships from more than one of our warehouses, you may be charged customs fees for the two separate parcels. We do our best to avoid these charges but unfortunately, import duties and taxes are charged at random by your local customs authority. Also, we do not cover customs charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information! Most countries are safe from these!
Q: Why haven't I received my confirmation email?
A: Check out the junk in your (email) trunk. If it’s hiding there, add our email to your safe senders list so our emails get through.
Q: What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
A: Your order will be left at your address. But don't worry, we use Safe Drop! We automatically Safe Drop parcels that don't need a signature on delivery. If you're not home and your parcel doesn't fit in your mailbox, our driver finds a suitable place to leave your parcel. They even take a quick photo so there's a record of where they left it. Smart!
Q: Why is the item free?
A: We are giving out certain items as Promotional Campaign to help grow our store! We unfortunately can't cover shipping because we use a third party shipper.
Q: Is your item real gold?
A: Our free tennis chains are made of alloy but we also sell 18k gold plated version which is plated with 18k gold. And we also sell a vermeil 18k gold version.The price varies based on which one you choose. Many of our high end items are gold plated. If you are unsure about if the item you are buying is gold plated or not, feel free to make a ticket!
